We have been using him for the season and thus far really not happy. The lawn is cut very uneven and too long. There is one area that he does not even attempt to go in. Property is 1/4 acrea. We have asked many times that he sharpen his blades and cut the grass shorter. He just does what he wants. Thus far he has not missed any weeks but we are unhappy and looking to replace him.

They performed a satisfactory job most of the time, but missed a week here and there. When I would receive the monthly bill, they would never indicate the weeks they missed. My neighbor told me later that he had used them and had the very same problem.

THEY COME WEEKLY, CHARGE EXTRA FOR SPRING AND FALL CLEANUP, PLANTING FLOWER BEDS, BUSHES, TRANSPLANTING AND AERATION. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS SOMETIMES IT'S HARD GETTING THEM HERE TO DO THE EXTRA THINGS I REQUEST. AT TIMES THEY JUST WON'T DO IT.
