TLC Landscaping

Built a new retaining wall adjacent to my driveway for me which they did an okay job on but they damaged the driveway and refused to fix it despite the obviousness of the damage. I had to spend additional money to hire an asphalt co. I would never use them again for anything. The owner, in my opinion was very unprofessional.

They were good. The only reason I gave them a B is sometimes it is hard to get them scheduled for the cleanup. I had family coming over and it was hard to get them scheduled. It was difficult to get everything organized.

Fair pricing and they always get back to me quickly when I want an estimate for a garden bed or something, usually within a day or two.

I have been using TLC Landscaping for two years and will not hire any one else. They do my weekly maintenance and Spring cleanup. Troy runs a professional business. He always picks up the phone when I call or he returns my call promptly. His men do an excellent job. I have zero complaints. Also, the prices are unbeatable.

Arrived promptly for both the estimate and tree removal.  Professional and courteous crew of four to remove the tree and debris.  It took an entire day to take the tree down and chip it. The stump grinding was also handled by the crew.  They left the property in order after cleaning up and filled in holes in the lawn with dirt which were made by dropping some of the logs. The owners came by to make sure we were satified with the job done. We would definitely use them again.

They came the week that they were scheduled - did a great job

I would not recommend them; they were horrible. They won't answer their phones and they have never called me back. I never signed a contract with them but they came and put chemicals in my lawn then tried to send me a bill. I will never do business with them again. They send you a contract then you are supposed to sign it and send it back, but I threw the contract away and never spoke to them. It felt sneaky. This house used to be owned by my mother and they were the existing chemical people for the property, but with me they would bill me for things that I could swear they had never done. Every year I was supposed to sign a new contract and I kept giving them another chance but this year I threw the contract away and they showed up anyway. I couldn't prove it but I felt like they weren't even doing the work that they were billing me for.

My mother who died recently used to like flowers like dogwood and lilacs. So, for Mother?s Day my husband bought me a gift of plantings. A landscaper from Total Landscaping Care came out to get the work done and I spoke to him about what I needed. He looked at the property and also figured out the moisture of the property. He then made recommendations, but he put in some absolutely beautiful bushes and trees. The interesting thing is that, shortly afterwards there was an infestation in one of the trees that he had planted. So, I was trying to get a tree sprayer to come and I couldn?t get any response from anyone. Then our landscaper went out of his way to bring the guy here. He had also given us an estimate so that we could get the work done in the right way. The landscaper who planted the trees was different from the tree sprayer. The one that he brought here to make sure that he gave an estimate and looked at the tree, was a part of Total Landscaping Care. So, it doesn?t say very interesting things about the spraying guy, but the landscaper himself was phenomenal and took a lot of interest in getting the work done.

Charged for visits never made. Generally did a good job. Told me in November that my fall cleanup would not be scheduled until I paid in advance.

I CANNOT PRAISE TOTAL LANDSCAPING CARE ENOUGH FOR THEIR WORK. I LOVE THE WAY THEY PICK UP EVERY LEAF AND MAKE MY LAWN LOOK AS IF THEY HAVE BEEN DOWN ON THEIR HANDS AND KNEES TO TRIM THE EDGES.
