SUCKED. Didn't show up on day scheduled and didn't honor estimate. Didn't get order right. Backsplash wrong and in addition, never sealed granite. Plumbing screwed up after they installed sinks. Multiple calls, had to fight to get them back to correct some of the problems. Had to get American Express involved and stop payment to get them to come back and finish most of the job. Went and hired a professional to finish.

Tub carried 10 year warranty. It developed 5 huge cracks after 3 years of normal use, spilling 90 gallons of water through the downstairs ceiling. It took 26 phone calls and 3 months before the owner even came to inspect the tub. Then he refused to send a technician out unless we paid $150 for the repair, so much for the warranty. The technician said the tub could not be repaired but the owner made him do it. The first time it was filled with water, it leaked and again ruined the ceiling below. I have called and sent letters but no one has contacted me in over a month. It is obvious that they do not intend to do anything. I have not had a functioning bathtub for six months now but I have had a lot of aggravation and I will have to take them to court. AVOID THE TUB FACTORY AND THEIR BOGUS GUARANTEE AT ALL COSTS!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!
