The Little Garage

The mechanic at The Little Garage determined that I didn't need all the repairs suggested by the dealer. The price came in at about one-tenth of what the dealer suggested. That car is running great. The only caveat was that it took a bit longer for the service than at the dealer. A small inconvenience for a tremendous savings.

Matt is completely overpriced. He puts in parts at 100% markup generally. He's a condescending little *****. He does work on your car without authorization. His prices are sometimes 2x what other competent shops charge for the same service. Don't be fooled by the hype, prepare to take your pants down at the counter.

Much to my surprise I received a follow-up call first thing Monday morning in response to my email sent to the Auto Shop over the preceding weekend. Overall it was a very positive experience. Ken, the shop Manager worked with me in arranging a convenient appointment. Upon my arrival at the shop, Ken greeted me and walked me through the process. This was the first time we used this Shop, and it was for a state Inspection, which generally is not expensive, but unless you go to a reputable garage you could be taken to the cleaners. This was not the case. The people were pleasant, the shop was clean and the job was done on schedule and at a fair price.

They did an excellent job, though a bit expensive.

Very reputable shop for German cars. Saved me thousands on a BMW transmission repair. I now bring two of my cars here.

I thought the price was fair. I know that my husband was very happy with the service. The people that work at the garage there are very capable and efficient.

Professional, knowledgeable, quality. I can't say enough about the good service, the knowledgable technicians, the quality repairs and the fair pricing of The Little Garage. I wish I'd discovered them years ago. They know more than the BMW dealership's repair people about these cars. And they're far less expensive! Do not hesitate to go here! Oh, and the bonus is this place is immaculate.

It went really well, it takes a little longer since we have to wait for insurance claim agent to do an assessment before repair begin. Matt, Ken and the mechanics all are extremely professional and easy to work with. After all repairs were completed and the bill paid, we noticed the oil may be overfilled after checking on leveled ground. I have to rely on the vehicle to travel over 140 miles daily for business, the car has to be running in tip top condition. To ease my concern, Matt volunteered to have the oil drained and refilled it with proper volume. We are lucky to have these guys help out when needed!

I have been using him for years. He knows my car well. I can call him up if I stop in the middle of the road and he ll help. He is the best at actually fixing the car s problems.
