I had to take this business owner to small claims court after she damaged my furniture when cleaning. She said would rather wipe her a** with the $ cost to fix the damage rather than pay for the damages. Initially, she said she would pay for the damages and that is why she had insurance. It was going to be no problem but when I gave her the cost to refinish the nightstand, she got really hostile, rude, vulgar and never did fix the furniture until we took her small claims court. All around a horrible company. I would avoid this crook at all costs.

SHE INITIALLY SAID SHE WOULD PAY BUT LATER CURSED AND SCREAMED AT ME AND SAID SHE WOULD NEVER PAY FOR THE DAMAMGES. SHE WAS VULGAR, RUDE AND STOLE MONEY FROM US ON THE DAY SHE DAMAGED MY FURNITURE. THEY NEVER EVEN CLEANED THE HOUSE AFTER DAMAGING MY NIGHTSTAND - THEY TOOK MONEY LEFT FOR THEM TO CLEAN AND I NEVER SAW THEM AGAIN. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Okay I guess.  My husband was home, not I.  The house was nice and clean but my hubby did not like having strangers cleaning the house and preferred we do it ourselves.

When I scheduled the appointment, the owner told me that I needed to provide all of the supplies to clean including a deck broom to scrub the kitchen floor and rags, and I needed to self-clean the oven the night before.  The women arrived promptly and immediately began working to clean my house from top to bottom. They did manage to cover the entire house although they could have spent more time in cleaning the bathroom.  I had to clean the bathtub again. However, considering the time constraints, I was pleased with the outcome.

Actually, they were pretty good but it got to the point where they weren't listening to me.  They wouldn't do what I tell them to do and with that part, they don't actually speak English well.  It really bothered me that they wiped the window seal and then used the same thing to wipe the window and so the window was dirty.  I explained to the girl who doesn't speak English not to do that and unfortunately, she did it.  They also were a little bit pricey.  I really hate to rate people with a bad review.  The 2 girls really did a good job and they used the materials I wanted them to use. If I can't find anybody else, then I would use them.

They showed up 30 minutes late.  I paid for 4 man hours which turned out to be a team of 4 women who work for one hour.  I explained clearly that I wanted the concentration to be on my kitchen and I specifically said that I would like the interior of my refrigerator cleaned.  After the hour was up I was told they did not have time to clean my refrigerator, and the very last thing they did was lightly mop the center of my kitchen floor and not the sides! After they left I looked around the kitchen to see what they did in there and found water inside an old toaster oven.  Who puts water inside a toaster oven?? I looked in the bathroom and found red spots on the floor that weren't there before they came -maybe someone cut herself and didn't clean it up?  I was also told they couldn't vacuum the cobwebs from the ceiling because it was too high up.  I handed her a stepladder and she asked me for a broom because they didn't have time to vacuum. Then she handed me back my broom with the cobwebs on it for me to clean. This was the worse, most unprofessional cleaning experience I have ever had!  I spend an hour cleaning after they left.

They exceeded my expectations. They were on time and very efficient. There were 4 women and it took them 1.5 hours. They paid a lot of attention to detail... moved furniture to vacuum, cleaned blinds, etc. I don't think my apartment has been this clean since the day I moved in. I purchased this deal on Amazon Local, but wouldn't hesitate to pay the full price in the future.

Team of 3 arrived and after a quick walk through of the house, Quickly got to work cleaning the house from top to bottom.  Were very thorough and cleaned ceiling spaces, tops of framed wall hangings and blinds (as well as individual blinds). Carefully moved objects on tables and shelves and returned tot he same positions after cleaning.

I originally purchased an Angie's list coupon, and have since hired the service to come back every 3 months or, so to do a thorough cleaning since I can't fully keep up with it myself.  I find the women to be professional, and quick and thorough.

Been using the company since the beginning of the year. I started off every week but had to cut it to every other week financially it was getting tough. I like the fact that there is a crew of four doing the cleaning. Takes less time with four making it easy for me to plan things afterwards. Girls are very hard working. Sometimes they forget to do certain things or put things back where they were but a friendly reminder usually works.

I had forgotten about my deals that I had purchased. I bought 4 @ $75 with the intention of using 2 and giving 2 to my stepdaughter. When I called, the lady was very nice and made an appt for me to use all 4 in my own home instead of losing them. The girls who came were reasonable enough and knew what they were supposed to do. I didn't have rags for them since I usually use sponges to clean. I had to cut up an old towel for them to use.
My only frustration was that only the lead girl spoke english so when I asked a question, or pointed something out, I got a smile. The services were scheduled to be for a certain amount of time. I found out when they arrived it was not for a team for that time but for each girl's time totaling 4 hours. Afterward I read it was supposed to be 4 girls per hour of work. I had 4 hours purchased. After about 2 hours, 2 more women came in and I was told that would reduce the time so they could get out earlier. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the house but didn't see any difference from a regular house cleaning. I expected the baseboards would be dusted & the bathroom walls would be wiped down but they didn't. The fans were cleaned as was the top of the fridge. My floors looked great. All in all - a good job.

Though they were about 15 minutes late, the cleaning ladies did a deep, thorough cleaning of my home.  I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent service... the ladies exceeded expectations.

The job went very well.  Other than a small ding in the dining room wall (which I didn't even report) I had no complaints.  The crew was on time and went to work immediately and energetically.  The crew chief reviewed what I wanted and communicated it well to the crew.  They all worked steadily and hard and did an excellent job in the allotted time, without and overage that would have incurred additional charges.  I would definitely recommend this company.

The housecleaning went very well. However, only one of the four young ladies spoke English.
