Joe was great. Very responsive, listened to our wants and worked with us to make sure our house was absolutely perfect. Very personable and you are dealing direct with the owner, not a salesman, then a back office, then a project manager etc..... We will certainly be calling Joe again in the future!!!!!

My husband and I have never hired a contractor and had no experience with one. We relied on an internet search and others' experiences as well as reviews. Fortunately, we picked the right person in Joe Source, owner of South Shore Installations. We scheduled a estimate for 9:00 in the morning the next day. Joe arrived early, which we took as a good sign. He presented us a folder with all his pertinent information, including license with picture ID, workman's compensation and liability insurance, contractor's license, and 5 star BBB report. He then proceeded to walk the property and take measurements all the while talking to us and asking about what we wanted to be done and offering advice on different possibilities, we found this very helpful. My husband does have knowledge of building materials and asked questions which Joe answered to his (husband's) satisfaction. It was obvious that Joe knew his business. Joe was extremely friendly and easy to discuss issues with, he was not a pressure salesperson. We discussed a budget that we would be comfortable with. Later that evening we received a written estimate via email which was within our budget. Called Joe back the next day to confirm that we wanted him to do the job and within a few days work started. Again Joe and his crew arrived earlier than scheduled. They worked diligently on the demo and only took a 1/2 break at lunchtime. Joe worked shoulder to shoulder with his crew, overseeing all the work and participating. They obviously had worked for a long time together and were like a well-oiled machine. No time was wasted. The whole job including clean-up, which was remarkable took 2 weeks. The only day off was Sundays. They worked through frigid temperatures and occasional snow flurries. In addition, Joe was able to get all the necessary equipment including siding in the color we wanted without a problem with the "supply chain crisis". We highly recommend Joe Source and South Shore Installations. The payment was made when the job was completed. If you are looking for a home improvement company that fulfills their commitment to the homeowner there is none better in our opinion.

Having to change the windows & siding on your home is never a fun or easy experience. Working with Joe & his crew made it fantastic! All of our questions & concerns were answered & we felt at ease. The installation was efficient and top notch & definitely priced fair. It was a positive experience from beginning to end & would highly recommend South Shore Installations for your home improvement needs.

Wonderful experience with Joe Sorce and his crew from start to finish. Joe doesn't subcontract out, so you know he stands by the quality of his work. The entire job was quick - took less than 2 weeks from start to finish and the crew paid meticulous attention to every minor detail. Joe is a great guy to have working for you - he cares tremendously about every detail of the project and will make you feel like you are his VIP client!!  His prices are more than fair and customer service is impeccable.  Other neighbors have already commented to me about the quality of his work. I definitely recommend South Shore Installations without hesitation.
