Ms. Fosella came for our first appointment on time and with a professional methodology in mind.  She first organized my
paperwork-five years worth, in a new file cabinet she asked my son to buy. She asked, and received, permission to buy a
smaller file cabinet for all issues currently active so I would have easy access if she was not here. At the time I was sueing
SmithBarney Brokerage for unnecessary losses from 2007-08. Ms. Fosella found or obtained every document asked for by
my Lawyers.  It took her a couple of weeks. It would have taken me many months, if I could have done it at all. I won easily
because, to a significant degree, proof all of my contentions and allegations were already at my or my Lawyers immediate
access. Ms. Fosella prepared a "spread sheet" for me including mandatory, discretional and periodic expenses, when they
came due, as well as running balances. I have PhD in Psychology and I am still a math idiot. I could have used Ms.Fosella
for financial issues even without the disability. Ms. Fosella has been with me for two years now. She is so able and profes-
sional, besides the Law Suit, she has saved me several thousands of dollars and has earned several raises over a 2 year
period. I think, in a short period of time, you will find her indispensable as I do.
