He is an agent with New York Life Insurance, and he comes out once a year, and he is more than an insurance agent, he is a financial planner. I have recommended him to people, who are not in the same industry as my husband, and he has done work for them, he specializes in police and fire. It costs me a lot, and I have several different policies. I like him a lot, he knows his stuff, he makes me feel good about the information he tells me. He is confident about financial information, he also recommended a mortgage broker to us, and he is personable, he makes me feel like he cares about what is happening to me in my life, and whenever we have money questions, he has no problem in us asking those things, even if it is not related to him, and he is not selling something new at the time. I have nothing to compare him to, he comes when he says he will, and he is very professional, and so is his staff.
