 + -1 moreThe work went extremely well and according to the plan he outlined when he began the job. We never had to worry about anything.
Description of Work: We own a home that is 85 years old. We have reconstructed the home from top to bottom and inside and out, and all the work was done by Mike's Classic Construction. The work is of the highest quality, like that of old time craftsmen. They always are there and on time, never having to wonder if he has another job he is doing along with mine. He does one job at a time. His price was approximately 20% less than others we interviewed, yet the work was absolutely fantastic. He and his crew provided additional design recommendations from that of our architech and interior designer that enhanced the overall home improvement. He does not sub-contract any of the work, doing all the work with his own crew. Only plumbing and electrical work was done by licensed plumbers and electricians he recommended, who were also first rate, the plumber being a master plumber. I higly recommend Mike's company and I have done so already. You will not be sorry if you use him.
