Jim and his team are great. His prices are right in line with industry standard, I never feel a hard sell or like I've been taken advantage of. Jim came recommended by a close friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Jim came to my house on time. He addressed each of the issues in a practical manner . He asked for input to be sure we were on the "same page ". He gave attention to detail. He saved me money by repairing the shower head and wand rather than having to replace it ( A savings of several hundred dollars.) He replaced the counter tops with perfection , at times using keen sense of mathimatical skills.
Jim's fee's were below his competitor's, having received several estimates from others including those attached to the Big Box stores. The time between the free estimate and the date of service was short. He was inciteful in understanding my crazy work schedule and was able to offer me the flexable schedule time. WHICH WAS GREAT NEWS.
