Kenny's Plumbing & Heating

Kenny's Plumbing and Heating staff arrived as promised and on time. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They started dismantling the old equipment very carefully, drained it and got it out of the house without any problems. The new equipment arrived and they (three people) were very careful bringing in it making sure they did not damaged any walls or the stairs. The boiler and water heater were installed, the installer explained how it both items worked, the precautions and what to do if any issues came up. Kenny showed up later in the afternoon, very professional and friendly. Kenny was very understanding and was willing to work out payment issues that came up during the process. His staff cleaned up after the installation and everything was left as if nothing had taken place. I really liked the way they worked. The whole process was smooth and without any problems. I would definitely recommend Kenny's Plumbing and Heating for your next boiler and water heater issues.

When Kenny's Plumbers were here they were arrogant to me. When my shower was installed I had questions about it's operation and I was never given an answer.  We also saw that the handle was very loose on the toilet.  We complained.  Kenny came out and said they can't fix it.  I am not sure how it got fixed.  Basically I had no complaints outside of this on the job until 4 years later when I went to remodel the kitchen I found that the plumbing was all wrong and leaky. When he was asked to explain why my plumbing was falling out of the wall? He said that it was done to code and that I was stupid.  This all could have really been resolved amicably. He refused to do anything for me to correct the problem or satisfy the customer.


I wouldn't let this many connect a garden hose to a spigot.  Do not let this man in your home!
