Terrible. I went to Dr. Romanelli for a breast reduction and lift. I was told if the expected results were not to my liking I had one year to fix it. After 3 MONTHS POST OP- my breasts dropped back to their original position, uneven with uneven nipples. I explained that my breasts look exactly how they did , if not worse then before the surgery. When the doctor came into the room to check my concerns, he chuckled and said “you will never have the kardashian body you want” and left the room. Excuse me? Who says that to a patient when they are standing there with their insecurities right in-front of them? If you aren’t happy with his work he shuts you down and insults you. I stood there mortified and started hysterical crying to the nurse. She reassured me that she could get him to look over my case and compare my before and after pictures. She also said she was going to speak to him and suggest he redo the surgery with an internal bra. I felt some relief as she left the room and I proceeded to get dressed. I waited several moments before I was called into the billing room. The women told me he will not fix my breasts. I requested to see my folder with my before and after pictures so I could speak to the doctor just one more time. When the women returned, she said my pictures were no where to be found. I was defeated. He obviously took a look and knew I was right and had my files deleted. This man is a crook!!!!!! Do not go to him. He won’t do the right thing. Let’s not forget I also paid CASH, out of pocket in FULL and also purchased a 1200 scar removal treatment which I never even used because I was too embarrassed to return to this office. BEWARE!! This happened a few years ago, I was going to take them to court but I didn’t want to show others how much this man has butchered me. It’s bad enough he insulted me. Ladies stay away if you need anything more then an augmentation!!! I will now have to pay AGAIN to have another doctor fix his mistakes.

Dr. Romanelli started my reconstruction on 2/17/12. After my mastectomy he inserted expanders and closed my incisions. He followed me all the way through post surgery. I saw him quite often right after as he had to manage my drains and make sure the incisions were okay. One started to open and he got me right in there and closed it. Every time I needed him he was right there. I had an infection where my infusion port had been and he followed that closely and treated it until it healed. I had an ongoing problem with getting the final exchange operation which involved taking the expanders out and inserting silicone implants. This was completely not his fault. I had to have radiation treatments for the cancer and it had not been scheduled at the time of my mastectomy. It really messes up the skin inside the breast area and makes it hard to work with when trying to do an exchange operation. But, after keeping watch on me he decided we could do it on October11, 2013. It worked very well and it was the most pain free operation I have ever had. I have seen him since and he continues to do follow up appointments.

Dr. Romanelli has been very compassionate and caring to me. He is very low key and relaxed and makes me feel very confident to be under his care

an It did not go well. As I indicated he is a good surgeon but definitely does not want to be bothered with any kind of after care with the patient. I don't mind seeing a nurse practitioner, but I do expect to see the doctor that performed the surgery on my face for at least one appointment. That was not going to happen until I complained to his office about it. Also , when I made the December appointment for the Juvederm, the doctor was standing right there and his office assistant explained to me that that could do it at 1 pm that day because the doctor would be in surgery in the morning. I made the appointment for 1pm. Two days before they call me at 540 pm telling me that the appointment had to be changed. I will just reiterate, I will never set foot in that office again. For the money he charged, I think I can find a surgeon who has a better rapport with his patients and does not throw them to the curb after receiving payment.

All went as expected. Fair price. Excellent care and follow-up.

He was excellent. I would highly recommend him. He is an excellent surgeon and very compassionate.
