 + -1 moreI am extremely dissatisfied with Gail Gladstone. She is unprofessional and should not have a real estate license. I would advise anyone to stay away from her.
Description of Work: I signed a sale contract with Gail Gladstone. She advised me to accept an unqualified offer and sign a contract, which eventually did not go through because of financing problems. After we signed a second contract with another set of buyers, and we went to contract, Gail had an argument with he buyers and their realtor which led to them backing away fromt he deal. In the mean time, she had unauthorized work done to my house and then demanded that she be reimbursed for the work performed after I wanted to cancel our contract.
