_____Location, Location, Location and Long Island is it!_____ From my first experiences as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1994 Long Island has gone through many changes. We saw adjustments in laws, market fluctuations, expansions, and the revitalization of towns. Home prices have fluctuated from “Wow, what a steal” to “I can’t even buy my own house!” Interest rates are now the lowest they’ve been in years; I remember paying 8.5% for my first home and I thought that was great. My years as a Real Estate Appraiser Assistant were a great move for me. It has enabled me to gain insights and knowledge into the Long Island market which has become priceless. As a NYS Associate Broker I have the schooling, training, experience and expertise of an established Realtor working with a progressive state of the art company behind me. As a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Relocation Specialist I have a wide range of expertise in negotiating and qualifying purchasers that puts me ahead of the rest.
