We contacted Mike to do a termite inspection for a house we were buying, and he was able to fit us in quickly, and sent us the paperwork we needed for our mortgage financing the same day as the inspection. Throughout, Mike was deeply knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to work with. Just one more bit of praise: While walking the property for the inspection, Mike also noticed a number of issues that our home inspector completely missed and pointed them out to me. This was super helpful to us as we prepared to take ownership, and also a testament to his expertise in the field!
