My house was damaged in a fire. I needed a tarp to cover the opening the firemen made in the roof. I was panicked because the weather reports indicated rain. I called clearview and was so fortunate to deal with Eric. He assured me he would send a crew and explained the repair. Thank you Clearview and Eric for your timely help. If all the employees are as helpful and courteous as Eric they are truly head and shoulders above their competitors.

One of my vent stacks was leaking water into my kitchen whenever it rained due to a prior repair not being done properly. Eric was very responsive and came the same day to look at the project. He first tried to solve the issue without doing any major repairs, but once we realized that the job would be a little more involved, he gave me a very fair price to do the work. I called Clearview Roofing and Construction after receiving an inflated estimate from another company. The representative, Eric L showed up at promptly at the appointment time and informed me that the work would not require such a large scale replacement, but just a repair of the affected area. The estimate differential was thousands of dollars and Clearview repaired my roof the next day. Eric was honest, professional and punctual. All the qualities a homeowner requires in a contractor. We experienced a small leak and decided to have our roof checked out. Nick came out and evaluated the situation. We needed a new roof installed and we hired Clearview on the spot. Normally we like to obtain a few estimates before hiring but we were impressed. All of our questions were answered and the we feel the price was fair. The next day Francis and crew came out and within a few hours we had a brand new roof. The team was professional and hardworking. They ran into a snag but Chris and Nick kept us informed and the entire process was very smooth. They left our property pristine as well. We highly recommend Clearview to friends and family. Itâ s rained a couple of times since the new roof has been installed and no problems whatsoever. They did a fantastic job! Our new roof and gutters are beautiful and weâ ve gotten compliments from neighbors.

The entire process for this project was smooth and without complication. From the first contact with Nick to discuss my requirements, scheduling the initial site inspection, assessment and measurements through the day of installation Clearview's staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, available and responsive. Excellent communication throughout the process...no surprises. They were punctual showing up on time, very efficient and meticulous, cleaned up the site when done and required payment when the job was complete. I found the price to be very competitive and fair....exceptional workmanship. I would highly recommend Clearview Roofing & Construction and would use them again in the future.
