At CAM Residential, we even have our own custom millwork division, so all your cabinets, molding, and built-ins will be custom crafted in-house - just for you. We chose them to replace our livingroom ceiling, install LED lighting, crown moulding and FULL bathroom remodel. We are in Week 3 of the renovation and we are more than satisifed, we are very happy with the progress. Leo and Ken show up on time, communicate clearly, are courteous and professional. They gave us a detailed estimate which gave us a realistic budget to work with. They have been consistent with the time frame they told us this project would take to complete. They perform the work in an organized fashion, protect my belongings/furniture in the area in which they work, leave my home clean and as dust free as possible at the end of the day. We discuss any changes prior to them being performed and confirm the requested work just before they are done. Overall, we are exteremly pleased. They have helped to make this process as painless and as pleasent as possible. I will definitely use them for future projects.

After a bit of research I was able to confirm that we had received this prospective client’s information from Service Magic or Home Advisor. We had emailed this fellow 5 times before he responded quite rudely. Nonetheless, I am at a loss. Please read the following email chain for a better understanding of the prospective client. Confused. The guy from CAM Construction Services is really good. He did an excellent and clean job. The price was reasonable. The guy also brought people to clean the house and did not charge extra. I was impressed with their job. They are reliable. They did not leave any garbage behind.

Very Well. I am very happy I found these guys. They went over and above board. Working late and showing up on time the next morning. They explained the process every step of the way. They kept their work space in the proper order and cleaned up every night. Offered good ideas and listened to my needs. They made sure I was happy with the progress. I would definitely use Leo and Ken again in the future. I have received many complements on the work they did on my bathroom. The paint job at the end was absolutely perfect. I give them the highest marks across the board. Top notch guys!
