Cable Vision Customer Service

They are fine. I give them a B+ because they are expensive.  Monopolies tend to be expensive.  It is pretty damn good.  I called them because I realized that my alarm system, when I changed to Cable Vision for the phone, my alarm system was on AT&T but I cancelled AT&T. I was like, hey, my alarm system doesn't work. So I called them I think it was like a Thursday and I needed somebody to come over. They were like, we can't get someone until Tuesday. That means my alarm system will be out the whole weekend and they decided to send someone the next day. A lot of their people are subcontracted so they were able to pick up a subcontractor and send them out. They are actually coming back because my son very nicely reconfigured the wiring on the phone and I can't figure out how it worked out before.  He came exactly on time.

I like them, it's easy, everything is very easy. I can access them online, and access my movies online as well. If we have a problem and want to speak to the technician, they will talk to us on the phone. Our cable service is terrific, the internet is good, the voice quality and service is good. All in all, it's a good experience.

I had a great experience with them. My husband called them because our phones were dead and we had someone come and we thought that he had fixed it. As soon as he left the phones were not working again and we could not even get a dial out, so we called them and the next day they sent somebody out. The technician they sent wound up rewiring our whole phone system and he stayed till he was done and they did not charge us anything for it. We started out with them for our computers and have had a number of companies with our phone system, but it looked as though we could safe a lot of money by doing it all as one. Sometimes we have problems with the phone and they come and fix it and we are happy with them.
