Bluestar never answers the phone, recordings only. They do not answer emails.
Description of Work: Ordered eight special battery from this company. Seven were bad and sent back on Nov. 18, 2009. I have not received new batteries, Bluestar never answers the phone, recordings only. They do not answer emails.
