There is no better place to buy appliances than Appliance World in Huntington, New York. The sales force is incredibly knowledgeable about the high end appliances they sell. Dan and Brian Nathan, two sons of the founder, are enthusiastic and understand the importance of service. Brian actually came to our home to train us on the operation of the appliances we bought. Besides great service and selection, they price match. Their delivery team was cautious and respectful of our home. They have a large showroom in Huntington presenting all of the best brands. Did I mention the on site chef? the snacks? the dog friendly staff? the 1 year interest free financing? ALSO, they deliver to a wide area including the East End of Long Island. I could not not be happier with this company. You will be too.

So what do people look for when buying appliances: price, professional recommendations, wide selection, responsiveness, after sales services. I have to say Stuart scores high on all of them. Price: good already and will match anything else you see. Recommendation: explain what we can do with our budget and the pro/ cons and rationale. Never feel any pressure Selection: one of few stores that literally carry all know brands and have models on display on the floor. Responsiveness: email replies are prompt, including Sunday. After sales: even help us on getting manufacturer rebates. And I have a friend who needed a range fixed and Stuart went out of his way to lend a unit to him temporarily. He does care after the sales as he wants you or your friends to come back. That works for me.

This Thursday my hood is being replaced and Appliance World has worked with me to get the issues resolved. I am not concern because I know that if the problem continues, Appliance World will make it right.

They are very knowledgeable. They look like a high-priced store, but they can compete money-wise. They give you a good deal. They can meet competitive prices. We found that to be true because we priced everything.
