I left the computer at victory to be repaired. I was originally told it would be ready 3-4 days later. Instead I was pleasantly surprised when the computer was fixed by the next day. It is now properly charging and the DC power jack is working properly. I would use Victory again.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY LOOK AT YOUR COMPUTER RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU THEY ARE VERY HONEST COMPANY. THEY HAVE WORKED ON MY COMPUTER MANY OTHER TIMES.
