My concerns are the work that they did, they are all coming apart. The doors are coming off the hinges and the edges of my bathroom door are peeling off. It is absolute junk. The quality of their workmanship is awful. I have slide out door in the cabinets and when the slide out doors are pulled, they would couch the inside of the cabinet. The designs that I picked is good, but what they made is crap. In such a short time, I had to think of redoing it. I tried to resolve this by sending emails, but they were not responsive. I had no hold, since I did not have any final payment that I am holding on too that I can leverage. I have no satisfaction.

They make appointments with you and then they are not prepared. I signed a contract with them that said it would be 10 weeks before my cabinets came in. I paid part of my balance and waited for them to come to measure my bathroom. After two weeks, I finally called them and they said someone would get back to me. Still no one called me back. For 8 weeks they never did anything to be proactive about my order. They finally decided to rush my order but then I don't hear from them again for another 2 weeks. They lost the door from my order so I had to go back in and pick out a new door. I picked one then they called and said it was an older model and I had to pick yet another one. Finally, I picked another and they were supposed to send me a sample of the stain they would use so I could sign off on it. They never sent the sample and I had to call them 3 times. I wasn't able to pick out my granite tops (from a different company) until I had a color sample from them so we had to stop by and pick it up even though it was supposed to be sent to me weeks prior. Then when it came to scheduling a time for them to deliver and install the products there were a lot of conflicts. When they came they didn't have all of the cabinets - I wanted the project done so I called and offered to come out and pick up the rest of the cabinets myself. They said they would bring them out when they were done. They brought them out and the stain was still drying. When the latest installers came out they were professional, but still didn't have all the parts they needed. They were supposed to give me a quart of stain for me to stain the door to match the cabinets and they still haven't. Eventually, they had to take part of the product back and restain it. They came back again and were still missing the trim for the cabinets. At this point, the job is still not complete. I also hired a handyman to help out with the job and now it is all affecting his schedule as well and causing him to miss out on other jobs he needs to be doing outside of my own.
