TRUE BLUE SWIMMING POOLS

The absolute worst pool company. The only time you will see Mike the owner is at the time of sale. You will never see him again. My pool was opened in April and it is now almost July and it is still not fixed. They installed a gas heater less than two years ago and they piped it wrong. They have been to my house 7 times in the past two months and could never fix the problem. They were just guessing. I called a different pool company and they diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. I paid them hundreds of dollars over multiple visits and they had no clue what they were doing. The owner will make it sound so good and he is knowledgeable but it doesn’t matter because you’ll never see him again. He hires a bunch of guys with little to no experience. It’s now almost July and neither one of my pool heaters work because of their incompetence. I really didn’t want to write this but it’s clear that Mike the owner either doesn’t know what is going on or he doesn’t care. I would never recommend them to anyone. They have jerked me around for the past 2 and a half months. The pool has been opened for all this time but we haven’t been able to use it. Absolutely terribly run company.

Unable to get other pool companies to come over sooner then 2 weeks. Called True Blue and was scheduled for service in just a few days. Service man Joel arrived promptly as scheduled and had a difficult time removing my Salt Cell. It seems that the contractor that installed it several years ago put in a location that made it hard to remove for servicing. He finally got the Cell off but our Polaris water line got damage in the process. Not only did he clean our Salt Cell that was clogged he also took the time to repair our Polaris connection. I couldn't have been more satisfied with this service.

I have used many service providers during the 15 years I've had my pool and True Blue is excellent. The work was extremely well done and they were very responsive (even during the busiest time of summer). The team was great and their price was more than fair. I would highly recommend them and will they are now my go to pool team!

Didn't go at all. Prior to service guys showing up a day late when I wasn't at home as planned, I had spoken with two people at True Blue on multiple occasions. Discussed problem so that there was no question of the issue. The service guys cleaned the pool filter for an hour (rate is $175 per hour) and when questioned about the air leak said we don't repair that. Their bill included a recommendation that we consider replacing the intake line to the pool. Does anybody see a problem with this picture? True Blue was told the problem, they never said they don't repair, their service guys agreed that was a problem, but they quit after charging 175 to clean filter. I didn't need them for that. Go to someone else for pool service.

We couldn't be happier with the work done by the entire True Blue team.  We first met with Mike (the Owner) to go over the design and get an initial estimate.  Mike came back a few times to meet with us to go over all of the details and was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.  
The job was done in 2 phases, during the fall the pool was built and liner installed and then they came back in the beginning of the spring to finish the job and turn the pool on.  This worked out great as we were up and running before the pool season started.
The True Blue team was very helpful in all aspects of the job from construction to how to maintain and run the pool.
We were so pleased that we even hired them to then do our masonry work as well as our pool cover.
Overall a great experience.

Joel and his team did a great job! First of all, they arrived on time. They are polite and easy to work with. They performed pressure test thoroughly on the suction line, the return line and the main drain line. A leak was located and fixed in the suction line. They also found that the skimmers are separated from the concrete. They filled the cracks with eproxy. They also spent time to answer all my questions. Overall it was a great experience!
I had to add an inch of water everyday before they came. It has been a week now since they fixed the leaks and I still don't need to add any water. I would definitely recommend True Blue to anyone that requires the service!

We used them for repairs last year and it was fine. When I called them initially to ask them about their services and talk about the kind of repair we were looking to have done, the woman was very kind and courteous and knowledgeable. I wasn't here when they came, my husband was, but they came and did some adjustments on our filter and there was another repair that they did. They accomplished what we called them here to do. I can't remember what the precise repair was or the price. I went with them because neighbors had used them. I would use them again int he future.

I contacted the company. They responded quickly. They quoted a price and the price was very good to acid etch (which was $750.00). Please understand this is a VERY LARGE POOL. They came and performed wonderfully. They also quoted to open our pool at an GREAT price!!! We have also contracted them to service the pool weekly during the pool season. Everyone...from the owner, manager and workers are wonderful. I do not understand why they received a "B" rating...if I could I would give them an A Plus!!!!

This is the second pool that True Blue has built for me. Mike from True Blue is very professional and has built another beautiful pool for me. The pool was done in under 4 weeks time from start to finish. His team is very professional and courteous, and they clean up after themselves and keep the job site as neat as possible after each stage. I would highly recommend True Blue Pools

They were punctual, price was fine, people were nice, they gave us great tips to maintain the pool.

Diagnosed the leak quickly. The skimmer boxes had separated from concrete wall. They filled the space with a patch material and the water level stopped dropping. Fixed!!

It was actually quite excellent. I have an in-ground cement pool that just need to be cleaned. It's a pool cleaning service but they said we had algae growing in it so it was a very intensive cleaning that they needed to get done before anything would be needed to be done on the pool. They were very responsive and their prices were also very affordable. The 2 gentlemen that came and do the work were there for 2 days cleaning the pool. We're planning to use them again soon.

They had too many pools scheduled because so many different things went wrong during construction, from foundation wall uneven or buckling to lights never installed on the right side of the pool and service since installing pool have been terrible. Liner keeps coming out in areas, heater broke down a year later and couldn't get them to help in the repair or provide guidance on what to do. automatic pool cleaner keeps getting stuck and bag constantly gets caught and tears. They don't seem to know how to fix or do things properly or they are just to busy and dont' care

The quality of the work is great. The only downside is the cost.

They seemed very much sincere in what we wanted and what the trends were in the area. They seemed like a very good company, but we just went with someone else.
