Great service. Company responded to my emails quickly and was able to schedule an appointment in my home on a Saturday morning (at my convenience). The owner came. He was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He explained things and asked questions about the instrument. He explained how to adjust the sustain if it was a problem again. Eeasonable fee. I would use his services again.

I usually tune the pianos twice a year. He is prompt. He comes when he says he's going to come. I bought my pianos from him, so I have no reason to switch. I have no complaints. He's a friendly guy. He is nice to have for a couple hours. He definitely knows a lot about pianos. His name is Dennis. I would definitely recommend him. I've had him for about five years now. He knows his stuff inside out. He is always accessible.

It went very well, but a year later he has been unresponsive in scheduling another tuning, but his fees are very reasonable.
