If there was a lower rating than F, I'd give it to them. They did nothing. They were supposed to help with a broken shower handle. They sent out a kid who had no idea what he was doing. He couldn't fix it and did it wrong. They still charged us $200. I had to wait for my friend to come back from vacation to fix it.
