Both are items visually listed items for which you agreed to by afixing your signature and then failed to notice or pay us any attention to, as you paid us late several weeks later, at time made a fuss for men showing up unannounced to perform the work you contracted for. You gotta take serious responsibility for your own actions. Failure on your part to pay close attention does not imply failure on ours to perform our contracted service as was agreed to and contracted for. You must pay attention. Next time read your signed contract before aimlessly pointing your fingers of guilt at others."

"[Member's Name Removed]'S arrogance overshadows her own ignorance of facts present at the time. What a rude self righteous imbecile! She made demands of us to perform for free, additional work that had nothing to do with the original work price previously agreed to and contract for. At all times [Member Name Removed] was condescending, rudely spoke to us acting like she knew it all, acting towards us like we were some "DOG". After our work successfully was performed by ourselves, she stopped her AMEX payment and then went on to rant on this site that we failed to remove "all poisonous plants from her yard". She sent us pictures of weeds she ignorantly claimed were all poisonous (were not poison ivy) complained that when eaten (is something never contracted for) made her dog and kids all sick. Our contract clearly states 'successful removal of poison ivy/oak/sumac.' MAKES NO MENTION OF OTHER WEEDS OR NOXIOUS MATERIALS. Besides how can we be held accountable for what her own kids or dog eat from her own backyard? After providing evidence of this to AMEX; AMEX PAID US IN FULL. BTW once we were paid [Member Name Removed] never had the social skill set, or morals to apologize to us for her gross negligence of libel and slander."
