My motto is "Perfection is my name , satisfaction is my aim". Perfection is a company that cares about customers satisfaction and takes great pride in the work that is being done. Thanks to happy customers, most of my work comes from recommendations. My trained craftsmen will keep you informed thru each process of the work that is being done, from hanging the plastic, which confines the dust, to applying the last coat of finish. Integrity is the foundation that every company should be built on, and we make sure to cover it on every job! Our company is dedicated to the complete satisfaction of each and every client we serve.

I bought a sixty year old home and the floor had numerous imperfections, including large stains from pet urine. Greg did an amazing job of refinishing the floor. He stuck to his schedule, was meticulous about keeping the work area clean and his prices were very reasonable. Whenever we had any problems, he was quick to resolve it to my satisfaction. I only have the highest recommendation for his company.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Perfection Floor Sanding, Inc. was an absolute pleasure to work with. I contacted them on super short notice and by pure happenstance they were available to get my floors ready before our move-in date. In a matter of days, they removed 50 year old carpeting, sanded, stained, and sealed our hardwood floors to perfection. They even took into consideration our child, the size of our dog, and the rainy weather predicted for the move-in day when recommending the best way to protect our floors. Just as important was the way they treated me. These professionals were prompt, reliable, always pleasant, and highly ethical. They even measured the square footage of our house before accepting payment to make sure they didn’t overcharge. Because of this, I saved hundreds! The owner, Greg, even said he did not want to overcharge because he, and I quote, “didn’t want to take what doesn’t belong to him.” They also gave me as much time as possible to decide on a stain color instead of pressuring me to make a decision like previous companies had. So, if you are considering having your floors done, do yourself a favor and contact Perfection Floor Sanding, Inc. You won’t be sorry!

I hired these guys to do my floors and they ruined them. They sanded them and missed a bunch or spots then stained on top of old polyethylene. They had to re sand them after staining because they looked so bad. They sanded spots and didn't even stain them. They got stain on my door and all over my stair case. I feel like this job was rushed and there was no attention to detail at all. My wife called the owner and he was unsympathetic to the criticism. He threatened to pull his workers because she asked if she would be compensated for the fact that this was a 4 day job that became a 9 day job because they failed to do good quality work the first time and had to redo it.

"I will have to respond to this review because I cannot have one customer hurt my reputation. I also will not have a debate on this. But we did have an issue and we were taking care of it for them. I have texts saying they were happy. And myself and my team, who have been with me for over 20 years, we doing everything to get them through the job. I even put other jobs off so we could get them done. But they still were not happy, of course they wanted to be compensated but what they really wanted was a free job. And if they spoke to me in a professional manner that may have happened. I have been in business for 30 years and have hundreds of happy customers I have almost a 5 star rating with HomeAdvisor. I will not have one customer try to bring my work down because they will never be happy with anyone's work because that's the type of people they are."

They did a great job. The communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, they did a great job overall. Would recommend that they take their project garbage away and not leave it on the curb for the trash men...it's still there..they won't pick it up.... other than that it was a great hire and experience and the results were fantastic...would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Greg and his team are absolute professionals! Greg was very response to all questions about the job and gave a through and concise timeline for the project to be completed. We thought his pricing was very fair for what he was offering, we had found a few places that were cheaper but were offering less coats of finish then needed. We recently had purchased the house and the floors have been covered by carpet for over 40 years and unfortunately we had some urine stains in the wood from previous owners pets. Greg did a great job at explaining this to us and they did a great job at getting 90% of the stains out, he recommended a little bit of a darker stain and everything came out great, you cant even notice anything. Every friend and family member who has walked into our home since our renovation comments on the floors and says how amazing they look. Thanks Greg and team.

Greg and his team were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, gave great advice, and were able to make a worn oak floor look brand new. Even with the additional scope of replacing a tile floor with a new wood floor, which wasn't originally planned, our tight time frame to complete the work was achieved, I found his pricing straight forward with no hidden surprises, which in my experience, is rare. There would be no hesitation in recommending Greg and his team.

Perfection Floor Sanding was recommended to us by friends who used Greg and his team for some of their projects. We were skeptical at first due to the expense over other quotes we received. However, we chose Greg due to his knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for and the fact that he was honest and forthright with our questions. Meaning no BS! The people Greg has working for him are outstanding! A tremendous group of guys! They made an old wood floor that has been carpeted for over 3 decades look absolutely stunning! We also had new Oak Stairs, railings and balusters installed that needed to be finished as well. Which I must say came out flawless! What an outstanding job everyone did! I highly recommend Perfection Floor Sanding with Greg and his team for any hardwood flooring or stair refinishing as they did a superb job for us! Thank you Greg and please tell your crew the work they did was spectacular! Can't thank you enough!

We had Greg and his crew come to our 1954 house and restore our hard wood floors to a beautiful espresso finish. They did an amazing job. He even came back a couple days later to fix a piece that was falling apart due to it being 60+ years old. Me and my husband absolutely love our new floors and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. They are now coming back to do our bedrooms and I can't wait. Highly recommend this company!
