The company did fabulous work. Scheduling was easy and three men showed up on time and stayed for several hours, tearing up multiple layers of flooring (porcelain tile, cement backerboard, linoleum, masonite underlayment, etc.). They also removed some wall cabinetry and original mouldings/casings, saving them for future reuse. All appliances were wrapped in plastic and removed to the garage, and the range's gas line was properly capped. Most impressive was the extra care they paid to my home, going so far as to catch my dog (which was let out mistakenly by painters in the other part of the house; owner was not at home). It took nearly half an hour to and get her back into the house, all in the dark and during a heavy downpour - how many crews do that? Customer service doesn't get any better.
