The first snow storm is here and they did not show up until the snow outside our doors was almost two feet high. Although we called several times, no one answered. We left messages advising that the snow was so deep, even an emergency vehicle would not be able to get in. No answer. When they finally answered at 10::00pm, they advised that they had not intended on coming until after the snow had stopped!!! After a heated arguement, they finally showed up at about 11:00 pm with snow blowers. Next day we found that they had buried our cars in almost 7 feet of snow instead of putting the snow in the open areas. We have had many snow removal companies. Northwind was without a doubt the worst. And to make matters worse., we have been calling all morning to get them to get our vehicles out and they don't answer the phones. WE have contracted with the for landscaping as well. At this point, we are very nervous about the coming spring.
