+ -1 moreNever had any problems. When an occasional minor glitch arose (e.g. I had trouble opening my padlock), the person on duty always came right away to help me. The facilities are very good--temperature controlled, clearly no flood risk inside building & on upper floors (don't know about garage-style units on outside). Security, door-locking, etc. was flawless. Also someone always mans the desk, and someone lives on the premises. During the time I was there they greatly improved the lighting. I did pay more than I suspect I would have at an average facility, so it's a little pricey, but then again you get what you pay for. They were very prompt about sending me a refund for unused time when I pulled out after 3 or 4 years. Men on the Move bought an earlier company (Broadway Self-Storage) when I was there and sold itself to a third company (Storage Post) towards the end of my stay there.
