They're friendly guys and are good with pricing. They get stuff done with they say it will be done.

I'm not sure what other companies prices are. I went with them because they are local and less expensive than some of the dealers. They were knowledgeable and polite.

They are really good. They give you a lot of different options.

I had previously bought Michelin tires from them 3 years ago - they are an authorized dealer.  Tire sidewalls developed cracking, also known as dry rot. This is covered by Michelin guarantee, under which I could get credit for remaining tread when buying new Michelin tires.
However, AS A MATTER OF COMPANY POLICY, Mavis does not handle manufacturer's warranty claims, which can only be submitted by an authorized dealer. Michelin customer service ended up sending me to Sears to get replacement tires under warranty claim
Result: Never again using Mavis.  Incidentally, they bought out competitor STS, which may now have the same miserable anti-customer policy.

I have been using their services for two years now.  I just called them up and made an appointment and I like their service and I like their price.  They are reasonable.  They are sensible and close by.  I’d rather go to them if I have an issue.

I am retired so I have a very limited mileage than my normal deal and I take it in there and get pretty reasonable repairs. Their pricing is reasonable. Mavis Discount Tire is handy and I do not feel like I am getting ripped off there. They are close and honest. There was just one time when the quality of their work was bad.

Very pleased with service. Had to wait a bit longer than I expected, however, the price was very competitive. I was shown a printed report of the "before" and "after" alignment specs. from their state-of-the-art aligning machine. Would use them again for tire-related services. Be sure to check for coupons to save a few $ off their prices.

I had five different estimates and theirs was the best. Their service was excellent. They're very knowledgeable and professional. My girlfriend came to pick me up and she was very happy with them. She said whenever she has to get tires, that's where she would go. While they were checking my tires, they realized I needed brakes and they even showed me how thin the pads were and all because the car is 7 years old and I'm glad they told me this because I drive my grandkids in it. I will go back to them any day.
