They provided me with an estimate prior to doing the work. The work was done to perfection and within the time frame I was told. If you are looking for honest and competent auto repairs, this is the place for you.

They are really very good. We feel very comfortable with them. They are very reliable. They are just very trustworthy. Sometimes you go to those places and they tell you that you needed things, but when you go in at Marrone Service Station, they tell you that maybe you should do things but not now. My husband trust whatever they say. They are usually accommodating. Sometimes, my husband feels that their price is a little high, but it is worth it, and sometimes, they also keep the car for the day. From my point of view, I hate taking care of that stuff, but my husband works in the city, and I have to be the one to take the car in there. At times, those places are so condescending for being a woman, but they are very nice. I feel comfortable and I will not hesitate to go there myself.

We use them regularly for oil changes. The price wasn't much for the oil change. They are very nice there. I use them all the time. I recommend them to a lot of people. We moved into the area so we've used them a lot of times since we've been here. The price is a little high. They are not cheap but I think they know what they are doing. If I had a problem I would go to them.

for two days after the heavy rains it sounded as though water was sloshing around the front of the car and in fact, when i felt the passenger seat floor mat it was soaking wet. i couldn't see a leak or figure out how it got in there. i arrived shortly after they opened at 8, explained the problem and told them i had to be at work at 9. rich, one of the owners, said it was probably a sunroof leak as i hadn't been using the air conditioner (another possibility) and he'd take a look. he checked out the sunroof, found no leak and then had one of the other guys check out the next most likely problem. turned out that the leak was coming from the air conditioner drain; he unclogged it and the water sound was gone. they showed me how to wick up the water from the mat and sent me on my way. it took about 20 minutes and they charged me nothing. they are my regular mechanics and have been for years and when there's something to do, they recommend it and do it and charge me. when there's nothing to be done they tell me that and do nothing. and, like this, they extend themselves when they can.
