JOHN IS THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY AND DOES HIS OWN WORK....I HAD SEEN HIS WORK AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND THE HOMEOWNER GAVE HIM A STELLAR RECOMMENDATION...WE CALLED JOHN AND HE RESPONDED BACK THE SAME DAY. HE CAME TO OUR HOME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND THE APPROXIMATE TIME HE WOULD BE ABLE TO REPAIR OUR HOME..THE ROOF HAS BEEN REPAIRED AS SCHEDULED AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME...EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT...WHEN THE TIME COMES TO REPLACE OUR ROOF OR ANY OTHER ROOFING ISSUES THE ONLY COMPANY WE WOULD USE IS THIS COMPANY....JOHN HAS OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND AN EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC...

I left a voicemail message for John on Friday. John called Friday evening and scheduled a site visit for Saturday. He called prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm that I would be home and arrived on time. On close examination of the problem area, accessed by ladder and through an attic window, he felt confident that he knew that the problem was the stepped flashing and the roof shingles being cut too short. With some materials that I had on-hand, he was able to make the repairs on the spot in an hour's time. After a week of dry weather, we've had a week of rain including some very intense storms - no leaks and no damage, nothing but total satisfaction.
