I guess that's included above. The main thing is my pig is well...but it should not have been that expensive, they pulled a bait-and-switch with the insurance, and the nasty attitude made the whole process worse.

Dr. Hoefer took excellent care of Desi's leg band problem. Upon close examination she saw that the area around the metal band was swollen. Unfortunately, the band was solid state - i.e.,without a seam - and would be a challenge to remove. Considering how delicate this procedure would be on such a tiny bird, we agreed that Desi should be sedated to keep him still during the procedure. Nervously I sat in the waiting room until minutes later I learned it was done: The band had been cleanly removed, and Desi was out of sedation as perky as ever! I appreciated Dr. Hoefer's gentleness with my zebra finch, and feel she has a genuine respect and appreciation for the animals in her care. I would happily recommend her services to others.

I like Dr. Heidi Hoefer at this exotic animal facility. She has a good deal of knowledge about pets that are not just your bread and butter animals if you know what I mean. She is caring and extremely specialized. If I do not feel one hundred percent good about a company, I simply will not give them my business. I have bonded with my pets and want them to receive good services at all points in time. I feel this veterinary center lives up to my standards and complies with my wishes. Therefore, I would call myself a satisfied customer.
