You can make an appointment with them online. The environment is very clean, and they are always prompt. They always give you an accurate time to when your car is going to be done. They personally take you to and from your house while your car is being worked on.

I purchased my vehicle here as well. I have been going here for service for about 3 years.

I bought the vehicle from them. I recommend them very highly as I am very satisfied with them. I take the vehicle there because they are very conscientious. They do what they say they would do. They have a great waiting area where you get fresh coffee. If the work goes beyond a particular time, they have fresh chocolate chip cookies that they put out. The people in the parts department are very polite and courteous. They have a variety of magazines and newspapers. I think they also have a television. They have a special room for kids with kid’s programs on television. They are a little expensive because their labor is more expensive. They have a website where you can set up your appointments. They might give me an estimated time to complete the work. When the mechanic is doing the tire rotation, he might come across a problem that might need immediate attention. So, they take a little bit longer when more work is involved. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are exceptionally good here. They go above and beyond the call of duty. The gentleman that I worked, Don, with directly was outstanding. They even offered cookies and bagels while you wait.

They are very good. They keep track through the computer when it needs service. You can go in to have service performed without an appointment. The waiting area has free coffee and a TV. I've never really had a bad experience there. If there were a problem with the car and they have to keep it overnight they give me a loaner car.

Toyota's sales team was okay. The price was the same everywhere. My wife fell in love with this vehicle so we had to get it. I think the car is made of spit and sits too low to the ground. The service here is average though in the sales department and I would not be necessarily opposed to using it again in the future.
