They're service department is excellent.

They are better than most. The price was good. Their quality is good. I would go there to look for another car. If you are looking for a Nissan, it would be worth your wild to at least talk to them.

I just take the car back to them and they do all the service for me. Some of the stuff you have to pay for and some you don't. The stuff like tire rotations and all that you don't pay for but then the engine works and others you pay for it like when they change the oil. I will be going there soon to have my tires rotated. I had the oil change and I didn't have to pay for it. I had some coupons when I got the car so if I had to pay for it, it would have been $8.45. It would be more if I didn't have the coupons.

Repair wise they are very good but with this regular thing I had some issue this time where they did something funky but this is the third car I am leasing with them and I have never had problems before. This was the first issue. I would use them again in the future.

They do provide a ride home, but sometimes I have to wait 45 minutes before they can give me a ride. They'll pick you up and bring you back too -- all for free.

They seemed upfront and honest. They didn't try to sell extra things. They mentioned certain things, but they were not aggressive. They seemed like they work with you and they were not pushy.

I was able to use a dealer service coupon for the service. The service was performed in a timely manner. I was in and out. Service writer was pleasant and professional. Car was clean inside and no oil spills under hood. Very satisfied.

I purchased my Nissan here in 2010 and have been going to get serviced here ever winced. Unfortunately a dramatic change happened, the business was sold to a new owner. Since that change of ownership the business has gone down hill. They scam everyone to squeeze every dollar they can as opposed to perform services to fix your car. To make aong story short I was told my rotors needed to be shaved that way I could use them for another year or soo, the next oil change I needed new rotors apparently as opposed to putting new ones in the first place. Then I got a major seevice done, which they were suppose to replace my serpentine belt, the only belt in the entire car they didn't replace after 50000 miles! I broke down driving on the highway and almost lost control. Do not go here do your homework before getting a service here.

These guys are not the cheapest but they do excellent work and my vehicle drives like it is brand new. I have had all of my service work done here and it is always easy to get an appointment. It is very nice that they will give me a ride to and from work while they are working on my vehicle and will return it washed and vacuumed. I did have a little misunderstanding with their sales department way back when I bought the vehicle but the service department is excellent.
