The original project was supposed to take 1 week, after the first day of work the problems started. The excuses were that he fired his crew, his machine broke, the weather, you name it. After 2 full weeks the project was finished, but there were all sorts of problems with the job. Substandard work, there was stain splashed everywhere (even on a light switch downstairs). The finish on the main floor was sloppy, there were bubbles in some spots, lap marks in others, and visible marks where there was too much poly pooled in the corners. I asked him to come back and fix the issues and he said he would. But when the time came for him to come back he had supposedly injured his back. He offered to "make it right" and agreed to refund some money but it has been over a month now and not only have I not seen the money but he now won't return my calls or texts. Not professional AT ALL. DO NOT USE

I used this flooring company for my new home because they resurfaced the floors in my existing apartment. They provided an estimate and completed the job in 3 days. They have good pricing, do excellent work and kept me informed of progress.
