"I would like to clear up some things based upon the review. The double wall oven is normally installed by a kitchen or appliance installer, as we are electricians we wire the units. There are dozens of manufacturers of wall ovens and each has their own installation manual and directions. The client had a video ready upon our arrival to watch to try and speed things up. It is an 8 minute video [Link Removed]. As electricians and [Member Information Removed] appliance installers it would be necessary to review what is needed to install the wall oven if the customer would like us to install. As the client stated it still came out satisfactory. After the 1st hour, we bill by the half hour and don"t round up to the next hour. This is standard in our industry. As for the conversation, Chris spoke with [Member Name Removed] husband and [Member Information Removed] [Member Name Removed]. He did offer her husband to reduce the labor by a half hour and the husband declined?"
"Customer was quoted our electricians hourly price for repair work in advance and agreed to that hourly cost prior to our arrival. Customer was billed according to that quoted price for 2 hours labor plus the materials that were supplied by us."
"Homeowner is a Hoarder for whom was kicked out of house by town/county due to inhabitability. We had performed a favor for her to get power restored by working in deplorable conditions utilizing special HEPA breathing apparatuses that we were required to purchase as no other electrician would perform work in the home. Homeowner had full head to toe Haz-Mat teams days before, during and after us trying to clean the mess, we take no responsibility to any damage that "may have" occurred almost 2 months after we performed the 6 hour job on 2/13/2017. Our job also had nothing at all to do with home automation as it was a service upgrade due to PSEG being required to shut power to home for safety issues, Job was 100% completed otherwise power would never have been restored by PSEG which it is. Price was exactly $2874. not $6000. as she has stated!"
