Fast and  professional service.  He seemed to know how to go about the problem determination efficiently and you can't beat the price.  I don't mean to imply that the service will always be free even if it is a simple fix but I would have paid the $29.99 without complaint  and still given a good grade.

BEST BUY DID NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY. IT TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO EVEN LOOK AT IT. THEN THEY HAD TO DO THE SAME JOB TWO OR THREE TIMES.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH OUR COMPUTER, BUT WHEN WE GOT IT BACK, IT WAS WORSE THEN WHEN WE TOOK IT IN. THEY WERE NOT VERY COOPERATIVE AND THEY WERE CONDESCENDING. IT TOOK LONGER THEN THEY SAID TO FIX.

I THINK THEY ARE A FINE COMPANY TO GO TO. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORK. THE COMPUTER WORKS FINE SINCE WE GOT IT BACK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO KEEP IT FOR A WEEK, BUT IT DID TAKE A LITTLE LONGER.

AN EXHAUSTIVE DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION WAS CONDUCTED TO DETERMINE MY SOFTWARE PROBLEM. IT WAS DISCOVERED THE ISSUE WAS BEYOND THEIR ABILITY TO REPAIR. EVENTUALLY, I HAD TO CONSULT THE SOFTWARE DESIGNER, AS THE SOFTWARE HAD TO BE SERVICED BY THEM.
