They are fairly new so it's kind of hard to get a hold of anybody, pretty much I just get a recording telling me when they're coming. I don't get any email updates from them like Terminix did. I used Terminix before them.

My husband is highly allergic to all insect stings and although those bees do not sting, we thought we needed to take care of it. The technician took the time to thoroughly go through our property and found other insect issues. He took the time to show us, explain what was going on, and immediately treated the problems. Treatment was done both inside and outside the home. He explained what we should expect to happen next and what to look for as warning signs of new nests or issues. We were extremely happy with the service.
