Arrived on time. Were professional and brought all their own materials. The reason for not giving them 5 stars is because they missed quite a few places that should have been taken care of. The reason for the one-time clean, as was explained to them, was because we were moving into a new home. Drawers and closets were not cleaned, nor was the cabinet under the sink where the garbage is kept. Cobwebs were left on the ceiling and in the windows. This said, the kitchen appliances were cleaned beautifully and the floors were swept and vacuumed beautifully. They also cleaned the interior of all windows.

I have tried a few companies through the years and was hesitant to try again. Some companies just never showed or were always too busy. Elite responded back to me quickly with a quote. Very friendly and not at all pushy. I was only interested in a one time clean and than periodically. They called me a few days prior to my appointment to confirm. The two girls the company sent were on time. Very friendly and personable. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the cleaning.

I had made an initial request and then had to cancel asking that he check back in a couple of weeks and he did . Job was done pleasantly and when they said and weâ ll done . Overall great experience
