I hired Drew’s company to do a bathroom renovation and future home expansion. For the bathroom renovation, I could not be happier with the work he has done. Every aspect of the room is done extremely well and is exactly how I imagined it would be. The people that came into our home under Drew’s employ were professional, prompt, tidy, trustworthy, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Drew himself was also fantastic to work with. My family and friends have so many horror stories working with contractors but at the recommendation of a business associate, I contacted Drew. I never felt stressed or worried with him because he was so good at communicating along the way. If I ever had any questions or concerns, Drew or his brother answered them quickly, clearly, and didn’t make me feel stupid, like I was bothering them, or like I was going to be taken advantage of. If you’re looking for a contractor for work at your home, you won’t find better.

Best construction company I ever hired. Drew, Mark and his son are extremely professional and perfectionists. The people they employed or hired where also professional and outstanding. The job cost what they estimated and finished on time. They did exactly what they said they would do based on what I told them to do. Flawless execution. Their price was very competitive and when it came to ordering supplies - they passed them through to me without markups. They showed up at 8 AM on everyday they said they would. They worked to 6 PM - non-stop. They left every day and the place was cleaned up so we could live in the house. I, my family and many of my friends will use them in the future.

It went great until water stains starting showing up on the ceiling. Drew was called about this. He then installed a ridge vent( finally last year2016) that was on the order but he didn't install with new roof. Still had water stains. He said the cedar shake roof was not sealed tight now that there is plywood the roof is not "breathing" an I'll have to rip down my ceiling and put vents in! He told me to call an engineer and leak specialist. Drew Dickson does not stand behind his work. Run for the hills don't use him. It's costing me just as much to fix the water damage as the roof did. The original roof was on the house, cedar shake from 1932 and 2 tab roofs, it did not leak but was sad looking. This was a total rip job with new plywood and shingles. Should have just kept the old one would not have had all this water damage. This contractor ruined my home. Run for the hills don't use him. He needs to go back to roofing 101 school.

They did a great job. They worked overtime to get to us quickly because they were very busy from all the work they needed to do caused by Superstorm Sandy. They are very honest and their prices are very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Drew and one helper did the job - it was a cold and rainy day, but they

did their best to block off the rest of the house while the doorways were open. They arrived on time, were very neat, putting down clean drop-cloths in the house and on the outdoor steps, and were pleasant and professional in their behaviour and attitude.
The one additional comment I would like to make is that Drew is a very pleasant but low-key person to deal with.

The most recent job involved removing a slate floor in the entry way, as well as the tile and flooring in the laundry and bathroom. Drew and Mark prepared both for the mud job and tile. When the tile was completed, they returned to replace moulding, saddles and re-hung 2 doors.

He was excellent. We have had him do work before. Everything he does is clean. He does what he says he is going to do. There are no hidden charges and he doesn't charge until the job is done. I would highly recommend him. His overall professionalism really stands out. His company has the ability to do everything and do it right. They do things you don't even ask for and don't charge extra for it. There are no hidden charges. I will use them again in the future.

My husband and I were desperate to complete some home renovations before our daughter's wedding. Contractor came in to finish home renovations that were started by another contractor. While the first contractor took over a month to finish about half the job, this contractor took three days for the other half. He and his crew started their day at 8:00, worked 10 - 11 hour days, provided an excellent work product, and always behaved in a professional manner. They were so efficient. It was amazing how much work they could do in one day. In fact, he corrected some of the shoddy work completed by the prior contractor. While I was concerned that his price was higher than other contractors, I realize now that you get what you pay for. He is licensed and insured, starts the job on the day he says he is going to, completes the job in the time he estimates, and his work is excellent. Not only would I use this company again in the future, it's unlikely I will use anyone else. Having dealt with many vendors in the home improvement area, I know an excellent company when I see it. Drew Dickson Construction is worth every penny.

Drew had done another construction job for me previously, so I knew I'd be happy with the work. On this job, he worked quickly and efficiently, and I've had no leaks since then. Drew is everything you would want in a contractor, He returns calls, he shows up on time, he does excellent work and he cleans up afterward, all for a fair price. I'd hire him for any construction/repair job.
