"We are very sorry this customer feels this [Member Information Removed], but Everything this customers says is completely untrue, and unfair. They never paid there bill in full for earlier work and we will not return to do any other work in future for unpaid accounts. when the customer called to have there pool closed we informed them we would not work for them and they should find another company, at that point the husband became very upset that we fired them as a customer and he proceeded to post these kinds of reviews all over the internet. There was no signed contract or agreement with us to close there pool. We have been in business for over thirty years and always have lived up to our responsibilities with our customers. But we will not tolerate unfair, inconsiderate, and disrespectful behavior."

Unfortunately this was not done in this customers situation and were very sorry that was his experience. As a service company we try to address everyone's issues as quickly as possible.
