Four times they showed up without calling- violating the contract ? showed up without calling in advance. I called and spoke with Carol, the owner, and explained that this is the fourth time they showed up without calling first and made excuses about the shop. I terminated their services.

Burst Tree Service was recommended by a neighbor. After a big snow fall, a tall blue Spruce leaned into my roof. Another storm was on the horizon so I needed to take down the tree fairly soon. Burst came and gave an estimate (it's pricey no matter which way you look at it). He explained there the tree was close to the house and there really was no way to save it. His men returned the next day, as promised, were polite and friendly and took down the tree. They parked the bucket truck in the driveway and went to work. I had no problem with their service and would recommend them.
