BLUE POND POOLS

2 workers came and one performed a leak detection test with some high tech equipment attached to his computer. It was determined that there might be a leak by a pool light. The other worker who consistently complained about how tired he was how hot it was, etc. got in the pool and applied some putty to the light, in the process he pulled the light out and when they left the light was no longer flush to the pool wall. The epoxy putty did not stop the leak and in addition I had a light no longer flush. I called this company at least 5 times to ask that at the minimum the light be readjusted so it was flush. They never ever got back to me. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I used Blue Pond Pools to open and close my pool in 2013. On the opening day appointment no one showed up and I received no phone call. I called them the next day and was told that their truck broke down. Ok, things happen so I rescheduled the appointment. This time they showed up. As far as coming back to vacuum the pool forget it. It took 3 calls and 4 'no shows' so I ended up doing it myself. They were also supposed to call with pricing for a small leak near the chlorinator. That didn't happen either.  I had them close the pool in the fall.....a day late on that too. At the time of the closing they took down all the info regarding the leak so it could be fixed in the spring. I made an appointment for them to open the pool this spring and to also give pricing for the leak. After not showing up and no phone call again my husband called them and left a message. The next day we got a call and they said they could do it in 2-3 days. I called them 3 days later and they said they'd be here the next day. Did they show up? You guessed it....another No Show and No Phone call. That was 3 days ago and I finally learned my lesson. They have a serious problem in keeping appointments and have total disregard for their customers and their customers time.

PROMISED TO SHOW UP ONE MORNING, THEY CALLED WITH AN EXCUSE WHY THEY COULDNT BE THERE AND THEN SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE AT 8 AM THE NEXT DAY..NEVER SHOWED AGAIN!  I CALLED REPEATEDLY AND WAS TOLD JENNIFER WOULD CALL ME BACK..STILL WAITING.  JUST TERRIBLE.

They are good. They have the equipment for doing the job. It was a lot of technical work and these people were high tech. We were satisfied. So far they have brought their equipment and we are very impressed with them.
