BERTWORKS

The owner of Bertworks (Bert) and his employee, Roger, did all the work at my house.  They did a great job.  They called to tell me when they were coming over, they came over as promised and did the job in two days.  There were a couple of things they found when they started work (more rot than anticipated) which they showed me and then replaced it without additional cost to me.  I had also ask them to replace a sill on a window that was not included in the original estimate.  There was no problem, they did it at a reasonable cost.  I had laid drop cloths before they arrived to do the job and after I was going to pick them up and shake them out, but they cleaned up after the job, shook the drop cloths and folded them for me.  In order to get a bit of a break on the price, I told them I would paint after they were done so not to include the painting in the estimate.  They didn't include the painting in the estimate, but they painted anyway and did not charge me for it.  They only downside that I can think of is that we had to wait a couple of weeks to get the work done.  They are good, so they are busy but it was worth the wait.  I would definitely use Bertworks again.
