Their price was average but it was a little less than the place I used to go.  They took good care of my animals.  I call them in the morning and I was in the afternoon.

I refused to pay them for their fictitious plan.  It took a long time to get my credit repaired .  Never go to Banfield  Bad People.,

Bad company.....I had to take my dog to two other dentists because  Banfield had stripped the enamel from my dog's teeth .

They are pretty good. I have been using them since the beginning of this year. They have provided good service. You just pay one fee for the year, so you can bring your pet in at anytime after calling. You aren't charged each time you bring them in. When I used to go to a vet, every visit was expensive. Now, I don't have to worry about that. They are less expensive.

They are wonderful and I would advise others to take their pets there too. They do a great job.

My dog has special needs. He had severe bladder stones and had a major operation and now needs special food. My local vet couldn't get the food for whatever reason and he recommended we go to Banfield Vet Center which is contained within the Huntington, NY Pet Smart. No problem I thought since another person had a prescription filled at some other hospital in another town. Once there, they were all smiles until I gave them the prescription. Woman went inside (reminded me of car shopping), and came out and said, "oh no we can't fill this." We have to see your dog. I explained that he is being seen, by a reknowned DVM with a solid practice and that all I need was the food and i have a script. Again, "oh no we can't, we have an agreement with the manufacturer to only give it to our patients." What!!!!!!!!!? That's not true and I confirmed it with other people in the business. I said that my doctor said to go here and I nastily was told "well your doctor doesn't work here" or something similar to that. All in a relatively hard manner. But, here is the kicker, they could give me the food. IF, now get this, if I let them see my dog and give him an examination! I was told "hey the exam is free then we will fill as many scripts as you want". Many people I spoke with, myself included, assume this was a way of getting you to come on board as a client. Why would they deny me and then all of a sudden offer to see the dog for free, and magically give me the script? Who does free exams? I smelled a rat, and I ran like the wind from this place. It's simple. If you have a script you can buy the products. Look on line, all the food suppliers do it. Other doctors offices do it. That's why you have scripts written for goodness sakes. Its not like I walked in off the street. I did what you are supposed to do and my vets office did what they are supposed to do. After I left this place I felt like I had to take a shower. Totally unprofessional. A sick dog couldn't get his food (medicine) because of this. So the question is how did it go overall? Answer? Horrible. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 1,000.
