Expert Furniture Refinishing Atlantique was established over 30 years ago to meet the refinishing and restoration needs of local New York communities, home owners and business. Atlantique Expert Furniture Refinishing understands and respects the traditions associated within our special geographic area. We are often called upon to assist municipalities, such as town halls, fire departments, and public libraries in the restoration of their fine antiques, which is a testament to our years of experience. In addition to our retail business, we also provide services to antique dealers, collectors, fine furniture dealers, corporations and hotels.

Nancy was very responsive when I called. I wanted to send out the furniture for repair before we moved, and have it delivered to our new home. I found her to be very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. The company that she uses to pick up and deliver the furniture was so good - I used them to move my entire house (see Economy Movers, Bohemia, NY).
Nancy called me at regular intervals to give me a progress report, and ask if I wanted to come down to her shop to see the work in progress - which I gladly did.. She very kindly held onto my furniture for a couple of extra weeks while we waited to have new floors installed in our new home. She did this for no storage charge - as long as we were paid in full. This was a big help for us.
My antique cabinet had a broken glass panel. When the glass came in, she was not happy with the way it looked - so she sent it out again to get it just right. I appreciate her thoroughness.
When you spend this kind of money you want it done right and with great care - this is how Nancy works. My furniture has a lot of sentimental value. To have someone appreciate it as much as I do - made this a wonderful experience. When you have really good furniture, it is worthwhile to breath new life into it. My dining room set looks like it did when we were first married.
