Alex was personable, professional, and did a thorough inspection. He knew the importance of taking a control sample, but didn’t try to oversell any unnecessary samples for extra costs (each sample is an additional cost as it involves extra work and needs to be processed by a lab that charges the inspector). I know there are some mold inspectors out there that may be slightly cheaper, but you run the risk that they will try to strong-arm you into taking more samples than necessary and weave in other hidden fees. You get what you pay for, and if you want a professional and thorough job done by an honest company, hire these guys. Would definitely use again if the need arose.
