Went fine. Very professional. Had to find the car from another dealer and did so promptly. Kept schedule as planned. Helpful and professional throughout. Good quality dealership and our salesman was excellent.

I use Village Dodge. I really enjoy them. They are efficient. They don't try to sell you, like in some places they say maybe you should do a flush, maybe you should do etc. They just look, okay, you had this done, that done and nope you don't need that yet. They don't push you. They take care of you. If you need something they let you know, but they are not trying to sell you other things that you don't really need like a lot of places. They used the special oil for oil change. The price is 'A'. If you go somewhere else you are not getting the best oil, these guys are using good oil. I never had a problem so the quality is good. They are very responsive, I can call up and I can get in there for an oil change tomorrow or if I need something it is like a day or two, that's it, not like some places where you got to wait till next week. That would be where I am buying my next car.

This is the dealer from whom I bought my car, the second of two I've bought from them. The key fobs were a minor deal. Other issues, which were under warrenty, led to very complex solutions and they handled everything very professionally and personably. In one instance, I was going to have to rent a car so one of the service men drove me into Hudson to accomplish this and stuck with me until he was satisfied that I had what I needed. This again, is a family owned business. I recommend them highly.

They are not pushy, they don't try to up-sell you with things you don't need. They have been taking care of my Jeep for the past two years. I'd highly recommend their service center.
